**Summary:**

The Morning Star Revelation

“I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.” — Revelation 22:16 (KJV)

Rebel Insight: The same “morning star / shining one” language appears in Isaiah 14. Later theology created a hard good/evil split and buried the linguistic connection. Jesus claimed the title anyway.

Why it matters: It forces you to ask what else was flattened to maintain control narratives.

**Summary:**

Flipping Tables: Jesus vs Empire Economics

He “drove them all out of the temple… and overthrew the tables.” — John 2:15

Rebel Insight: This was not gentle. Jesus physically disrupted a corrupt religious-economic system that exploited the poor under the cover of “faith” and Roman permission.

Ponder: What modern systems blend religion, money, and state power in ways Jesus would still flip tables over?

**Summary:**

The Kingdom Is Within You

“The kingdom of God cometh not with observation… for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.” — Luke 17:20-21

Rebel Insight: True authority and transformation cannot be handed down by empires, popes, presidents, or institutions. It starts inside — then expresses outwardly as direct action.

This is why the shed pantry exists. It’s the kingdom made visible in Connersville.

**Summary:**

Warnings to the Churches: Don’t Become the Empire

Pergamos & Thyatira warnings against “doctrine of Balaam” and compromising with surrounding power (Rev 2).

Rebel Insight: The early warnings were about blending faith with empire comfort, false teaching for gain, and sexual/economic idolatry. Many modern institutions look eerily similar.

The question isn’t “Is my church correct?” It’s “Has it compromised with the same systems Jesus opposed?”
