Studying Into Who Jesus Really Was Part 1

Introduction

I am starting this as a new book in the findings of mine concerning Jesus. Who he was and what he really was to all of us. I thought it would be easier for some people out there, as well as myself, to be in small parts with chapters that acknowledge my findings.

And with these findings, I will go into what else I have found concerning the subject in hand. Because as I go along with my studies on the Bible, I find more information that will have a drastic outlook on how I view other events that I have previously found in the Bible.

I figured that I may as well start where I started concerning the Bible. And that would be at the end. The book of Revelation. And what it was that captured my attention, and lead me down this path to studying into who and what Jesus really was in Christianity.

I have found that I really did not know much at all concerning the Bible. Everything I thought I knew was pretty much blown away when I started actually reading the Bible, and not just listening to other people’s theories, preachers, or hit movies such as the Ten Commandments, or The Passion of Christ.

So here we go into what I very first read when I started reading the Bible those 2 1/2 years ago. And what I interpreted from my readings. You are invited to agree or disagree with my findings. The lovely part of this is that everyone does not have to believe the way I do.

My hopes are that with my sharing of this information, it may lead others to their own journey into the Bible and what it really says. Because I know for a fact that there are many people out there who call themselves Christians, that do not know hardly a thing that is inside the pages of the Bible.

I was once that person. I used to always check the little box that said Christian, when asked what my beliefs were. I didn’t go to church, and didn’t know what the Bible actually said, but I figured I was a Christian. Because of what I had heard while growing up, and the fact my family attended church on no regular basis for a couple of years.

I believed in a God. And I always said I believed in Jesus. But I actually never understood the whole Jesus thing. I was confused to what he stood for. As to whether I really believed that it actually happened. And I never understood why he would come here and get himself killed, stating that he would be back, and now 2,000 years later everyone is still waiting around for him to return and do the things he stated he would do.

I will leave all of my beliefs at that for the time being. That way I am not getting ahead of myself, and causing more confusion in how I am writing this. And now I will end this chapter so we can start fresh in the next chapter with what it was I found, and what I have put with it since then.
