the messiah

So I wanted to talk a little bit in this post about who the Messiah was actually supposed to be. And what was he supposed to have accomplished when he came to earth.

I have been studying the Bible for the past 2 1/2 years now. Trying to find out exactly what I was supposed to be figuring out and sharing with people. I knew there was a purpose that my ex boyfriend kept at me until I finally gave up fighting with him, and started to read the damned Bible. Something I always said I would not do. I did not believe that it would offer me anything in this lifetime. For it had been soiled by too many mens hands in my opinion.

But let me assure you that if God wants you to know something, then he will make sure that you get it in your head. I have not even come close to reading every bit of the Bible yet. I got a really late start in life when it comes to these things. Yet I have found so many things relating to Jesus possibly not being the big savior that everyone thinks that he is. And tons of information that is seeming to be coming true right in front of my eyes.

It really is amazing. And when I first started on my adventure of proving that there was something off about Jesus, and how people had crowned him to be the “Messiah”, I knew nothing about the Bible. I have been learning so much in these last 2 years that it makes my head spin when I think about it.

I am going to start out with some of the requirements of the Messiah from the Old Testament Jewish Scriptures.

  1. The Messiah was to establish peace on the earth

True! Now I am just going to start this off by stating that one of the biggest requirements for the “Messiah” most definitely did not get taken care of. Because Jesus did not establish peace on the earth. As a matter of fact we have had nothing but wars, famine, killing, pain and suffering since Jesus came to the earth and “died” for our sins.

The 2nd Horse And The Sword

This brings me to my next point. Swords. In the book of Revelation when the Four horsemen of the apocalypse are being introduced you can see how the 2nd horse comes with power and a sword. To take peace from the world. And this comes after the first horse brings in the false christ. He brings in a false religion.

Revelation 6:4 “And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.”(Revelation 6:4)

Now does Jesus not say in his own words that he did not come here to bring peace?

Matthew 10:34 think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. 35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.”

Luke 12:49 I have come to set fire to the earth, and how I wish it were already kindled!

Jeremiah 25-27 Therefore thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Drink ye, and be drunken, and spue, and fall, and rise no more, because of the sword which I will send among you.

– And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. 1 John 4:3

2 Thessalonians 2:1 -Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, 2That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God5Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things? 6And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. 7For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.

Now with the above verse I think that it speaks a whole lot more than people are seeing. If you notice he ends the sentence of the paragraph with “until he be taken out of the way”. Now it also says that he will be revealed in his time. And that the mystery of iniquity doth already work. And all of this follows Paul saying do not be deceived into believing that the day of Christ has already come. He tells us that this day will not come until the son of perdition be revealed. Which to me makes sense. Because in the books of Adam and Eve God tells them that he will come to save their seed after the 6000 years are up. And no sooner will he do it. For Adam tries everything to get back into the garden of eden after their fall out of there. And God keeps on telling him that he will send his word that made them to save them. But only after the 6,000 years are up.

So if you think about this it makes sense. For we have everyone worshipping Jesus as the Messiah. And Paul tells us that the day of Christ actually is not come. And it will not come until the son of perdition be taken out of the way. We have Jesus ruling right now. And so until he is taken out of the way, the real “Messiah” will not be able to come. For everyone is going to reject the real Messiah, because of the false Messiah. And if you look at what it says in the old Testament, it states always that he will sit as God. Now what exactly is Jesus to most Christians? God! God incarnate! The son of God!

2 Thessalonians 2:4 – Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.

Daniel 11:36 – And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done.

Daniel 11:45 – And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him.

Daniel 7:25 – And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.

Advertisements

And if you look at how long this false Christ will rule you have that they shall be given into his hands for a time, and a time, and the dividing of time. Now I do not know exactly how long that is but it sounds like it could be a little while. And here we are with biblical events happening all around us. The Euphrates river has dried up, the rivers all across the world are running red. So think about that for a moment. If these things are already happening in the world then where and when do we have time for another false Christ to be set up?

Horns & Lambs

Daniel 7:8 – I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.

Daniel 7:10 A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened. 11 I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame.

(Rev 5:11) \”And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;\” 12 Saying with. aloud voice, worthy is the lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honor, glory, and blessing.

Check out the above 2 verses and how very similar they are. You have one stating the lamb and how he was slain and is worthy to receive power, riches, and etc, and then you have one stating that the beast was slain. And the way I see it is that Daniel did not know Jesus. As opposed to John was his faithful servant. So you are going to have a big difference in how they are going to portray this character in their visions. John was Jesus’s follower. And so he is going to look at these visions and see Jesus as the sacrificial lamb. For that is what he has been told and tricked into believing. Whereas Daniel is not a follower of Jesus. And with him not being a follower of Jesus he is going to state how he sees him as a little differently. And this is portrayed to us throughout the book of Revelation with scenes of John bowing down to Jesus, and the angels telling him not to be bowing down and worshipping Jesus. For Jesus is the spirit of prophecy they say.

Revelation 19:10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellow servant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”

And if you look to the verse below you will see how they tell us how the lamb that had been slain has seven horns and seven eyes.

Revelation 5:6 Then I saw a Lamb, looking as if it had been slain, standing at the center of the throne, encircled by the four living creatures and the elders. The Lamb had seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth.

Now I don’t understand why everyone is so alright with this concept that Jesus is coming as a thief in the night. For I do not think that anyone on earth looks towards a thief as a good thing! And if you look in Habakkuk you will see where they state, “Woe to him that increaseth that which is not his! how long?” (Hab 2:6)

Jesus As The Spirit Of Prophecy

Revelation 19:10 I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

Luke 4:1 And Jesus being full of the Holy Spirit returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, 2 Being forty days tempted of the devil.

Luke 4:13 And when the devil had ended all the temptation, he departed from him for a season.14 And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about.15 And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all.

And as you can see from the verses above we have Jesus as the spirit of prophecy, being full of the Holy Spirit, and then he returns in the power of the spirit into Galilee. Now what gets me is how they say that the Devil left him for a season. Not that the Devil went on about his way and decides to go after some other poor fool. They say that the Devil departs from him for a season.

And then they state that there is a fame that goes throughout the region about him. And how he taught in their synagogues and was glorified of all. Now I hate to say it but it sounds to me as if he made a deal with the Devil while he was in the wilderness for those 40 days.

Another point I would like to point out about this scene in the desert is how the Devil tells him to throw himself off the top of the pinnacle. And he says that a fleet of angels will come and save him if he is who he says he is. And of course Jesus will not do it. The Devil knows what it states in scripture. That no weapon formed shall prosper and if he would dash his foot against a stone then help will be coming basically.

So I feel as though this part was put in here for a very good reason. A reason being that Jesus was not the Messiah!

2. Was Jesus supposed to die for our sins?

Was Jesus dying for our sins part of the messianic requirements of the messiah? No it was not. The messiah was to establish peace on earth, restore the kingdom of Israel, and reign on the throne of David. Christians were the ones who construed the idea of the second coming. and Jesus had to die for our sins. This belief was never found in the Jewish scriptures. Nor was it accepted by Judaism prior to Jesus.

Here is a verse from Hebrews that talks about how Jesus died for the sins that were under the 1st testament. They then go on to talk about how they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance. Now I have to say that it sounds a little messed up to me that they have that “might receive” in there. And I feel like this verse says that Jesus’s death provided relief for those people who died under the 1st testament.

Hebrews 9:15 And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.

Here is another verse I am including from Zechariah that seems to reaffirm what I am saying here.

Zechariah 9:11 As for you, because of the blood of my covenant with you, I will free your prisoners from the waterless pit.

Advertisements

If you notice how they say because of the blood of my covenant with you, I will free your prisoners from the waterless pit. Sounds like there was an agreement or a covenant that happened, making it where he had to release the prisoners from the waterless pit. And he is not happy about releasing them either. As you can find out if you read on in the book of Zechariah.

So this does not sound like what people are all the time saying about Jesus, and what he died on the cross for. Saying that he died for all of mens sins for all time, is a little bit different than what they are saying in those last few verses.

And when you do read on in the book of Zechariah you find how the Lord who releases the prisoners declares to render double to him. Stating O yee prisoners of hope, I do declare that I will render double back.

3. Was the Messiah supposed to have been a Nazarene?

No he was not. In the book of Matthew, he ends a verse by arguing that Jesus life in Nazareth fulfilled messianic prophecy. He quotes “he will be called a Nazarene”. However there are no such prophecies found in the Old Testament.

4. Should the Jews be worried that they killed off their “Messiah”?

No. Because how can the Jews be blamed for rejecting what was never offered to them? And I quote from, John 6:15, “When Jesus, therefore, perceived that they would come and take him by force, to make him a kinghe departed again into a mountain himself alone.

John 10:24 Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly. 25 Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father’s name, they bear witness of me.26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.

Advertisements

There is not one verse in the New Testament that says that Jesus came to be the Messiah. And as you can see from the verses above, Jesus was not trying to become anyone’s actual King while he was here on earth, and even straight told the Jewish people that he was not here for them.

And Here Is How Jesus Rose To Power

Isaiah 25:11 For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.12 To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.

Isaiah 25:13 But the word of the Lord was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.

As you can see that Jesus tells the people that this is the refreshing, and yet they did not believe him. But with the next verses it tells us how little by little he begins to work into them and they will go and fall backwards be broken, snared, and taken. And then we have the verse from Daniel below telling us a similar story. They shall not give the honor of the kingdom to him. But he shall come in peaceably and obtain the kingdom by flatteries. Well if you look at the story of Jesus this is what happened. They did not believe him and so he definitely did not get the kingdom in his day. He was put to death. Now after his supposed rise from the dead, then people were going to be more prone to believing I suppose. And through the years with the help of his Apostles, the religion of Christianity has grown to over 2 billion followers.

Now look at how it says that after the league made with him, he shall come up, and shall become strong with a small people. And he enters peaceably. That is how the anti-christ is going to come. Peaceably at first with the mouth of a lion. And then he morphs into the desolator. The prince of perdition. And Jesus is known as the lion of the tribe of Judah.

Advertisements

Daniel 11:21 And in his estate shall stand up a vile person, to whom they shall not give the honour of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries.22 And with the arms of a flood shall they be overflown from before him, and shall be broken; yea, also the prince of the covenant. 23 And after the league made with him he shall work deceitfully: for he shall come up, and shall become strong with a small people. 24 He shall enter peaceably even upon the fattest places of the province; and he shall do that which his fathers have not done, nor his fathers’ fathers; he shall scatter among them the prey, and spoil, and riches: yea, ”

A Covenant With Death And With Hell We Are At Agreement

And this next verse shows us how the people make a covenant with death, and with hell they are at agreement.

Isaiah 25:15 Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid:”

Jesus Fulfilling Prophecy As The Anti-Christ

Now what Jesus lacks in fulfilling the Messianic requirements he makes up in fulfilling requirements of the AntiChrist. Check out some of the verses I am putting below.

Daniel 7:9 And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, the east, and the pleasant land. 10 And it waxed great, even to the host of heaven; it cast down some of the hosts and stars to the ground, and stamped upon them. 11 Yea, he magnified himself even to the prince of the host, and by him, the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of his sanctuary was cast down. 12 And a host was given him against the daily sacrifice by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground, practiced, and prospered.

With the above verse of Daniel, I believe that there is a lot said concerning who the antichrist will be. Not in the traditional sense that most people look at it, however. It appears to me that as they are looking at this little horn, everyone seems to forget how Jesus was the reason that the sacrifices were stopped. It states in the verse above that he magnified himself to the prince of the host and that by him the daily sacrifice was taken away. Hebrews 9:12 So by saying “it is finished” Jesus was signaling to the Jewish world that there was no more need for sacrifices or temples because his work brought ultimate fulfillment to what their sacrificial system foreshadowed.

As you can see in Hebrews they state how Jesus was signaling to the Jewish world that there was no more need for sacrifices or temples. And then what I am looking at next is how it says that a host was given him against the daily sacrifice by reason of transgression, and it cast down the truth to the ground, practiced, and prospered.

Daniel 7:13 “How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, the aggression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden underfoot?14 And he said unto me, Unto two thousand and three hundred days; then shall the sanctuary be cleansed.”

Now Daniel is pretty upset by the vision that is showed to him. They portray this by telling us how he fainted, and was sick certain days afterward. He was astonished by the vision, but none understood it! So what would make someone like Daniel be that upset by a vision of the future that he sees? This is a man who has been put into a den with lion’s! He was used to dealing with kings and all kinds of things back in his day. Then he sees this vision of the future and is sick for days over it. There must have been something that grieved him very badly! And I believe I know what it was now. Jesus being set up as the “Messiah” falsely!

Daniel 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.”

The above verse states how he will cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease in the midst of the week, Now we have Jesus here doing his ministry for three and a half years. This is also the exact same time that the beast who rises from the sea has to do what he will.

Revelation 13:5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.”

42 months equal out to be 3 1/2 years.

So you have Jesus preaching in the synagogues for the exact same timeframe as the beast is supposed to have. And it states that the antichrist will cause the daily sacrifice and the oblation to cease halfway through the week. Well if the week they are talking about is actually 7 years then we have the first 3 1/2 years done. And it fits perfectly. Because when Jesus died he stopped the daily sacrifices and the oblation would have also ceased.

And I have found nowhere in the Bible where it states that these 7 years are supposed to happen at the same time, or that they cannot happen in two different periods of time.

And when he comes back is when he will morph into the desolator. And when they talk about when Jesus comes back he will come in with the clouds of heaven and all will wail because of him.

Revelation1:7 all see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

And I think that some of the wailing that will be going on is illustrated by verses such as because they portray Jesus coming back as being in flames and dealing out retribution for those who do not follow him and his father. I don’t know but this sounds an awful lot like how the antichrist is supposed to rule everyone with. a rod of iron. And basically will be having everyone come worship them or else!

And this is the Lord of Hosts that they say will be doing these things. Check out the book of Zechariah and see what it says about how the Lord of Hosts will not send rain to any of those who do not come and worship. Or how it states that he will send the plague to all of those in Egypt who do not come and worship every year.

So tell me again how the Lord of Hosts and the Lord in the Bible are the exact same person that they are talking about!

Matthew 11:25 At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes.”

Matthew 11:27 All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.”

Unclean Spirits

When you read the verse below I am hoping that you will question yourself as to why exactly Jesus and his Apostles were casting out so many of these demons, and unclean spirits. Because according to the verse below all that it does is leave the person in worse shape than what they started. And if you look one more verse down you will see how it states in Revelation how three unclean spirits came out of the mouths of the Dragon, the Beast, and the False Prophet.

Matthew 11:43 When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. 44 Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. 45 Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.”

Revelation 16:13 Then I saw three unclean spirits, like frogs, come from the dragon’s mouth, the beast’s mouth, and the mouth of the false prophet.

And Many Shall Run To And Fro, And Knowledge Shall Be Increased

Daniel 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.”

We all know that knowledge is being increased at an accelerating rate these days. With the internet has also come the ability to learn anything at all that you may want to learn. You want to learn how to make methamphetamine? Well just look it up on Google or Youtube. I am sure you can find something on there that will tell you exactly how to cook it, smoke it, and probably even tell you how to preserve it for the longest period possible. Knowledge is most certainly increasing. Now you can find out anything that you want to know concerning religion.

So in my opinion I feel like we are right here at the end of times and so now is the time to get it figured out. So if you have any kind of doubts in your head then I encourage you to look into your own Bible and start studying. There are so many things in there that does not add up to what they have been saying for all of these years. And I am not trying to tell you how to believe. I am just pointing out these things and hoping that it will cause some people out there to start studying and looking into it on their own.

Advertisements

I have come to the conclusion that I am definitely supposed to be sharing what I have been finding out about Jesus, but I also know that you cannot force anyone to believe a certain way. And it is not our place as humans to be judging anyone else for how they believe.

Everyone should have every right to believe how they want to. So long as they are not hurting anyone else. We have far too many people these days not wanting to stay in their own lanes when it comes to life. They want to tell others how wrong they are and cause trouble for them if they don’t agree with what they say.

We should all be trying to practice religious tolerance in this world. Way more than most people are. For why are people so worried about what another person believes in or does, so long as they are not hurting anyone else? They will be the ones who will have to answer for their wrong doings. Just like you will have to answer for yours!

So we all need to start worrying about looking in the mirror first before we go pointing fingers at others. Jesus’s saying of he who is without sin cast the first stone, is a very good example to live by.

I mean hey, I never said that Jesus didn’t stand on some good ground with his sayings and parables. I just don’t believe he was our “Messiah”.
